Placing an order on natyrs.com is easy and secure. We accept payments by Visa/MasterCard, Cashier's Cheque or Postal Money Order. If you are not paying by credit card, please allow for the additional time required for us to receive and process your payment.
Our secure online ordering system requires that your browser allow cookies (a temporary identification number) to track your purchase. These expire immediately after your transaction is complete or after four hours maximum, regardless, and contain no personally identifiable information at all. Please see our Privacy Policy if you have questions about how we protect your personal information.
If you wish to alter your order information, reduce or cancel an order after it has been finalized, please contact us promptly with your order number so that we can make adjustments prior to payment processing and confirm the changes for you. You can also continue to place as many separate orders as you wish by starting anew from our home page.

| Shipping |
All of our orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail to insure fast, economical delivery to you. After packaging and shipping is completed, we e-mail your order tracking number to you.
You may return goods purchased from Naturally Yours within 90 days of receiving them for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs if: (a) The products are returned in the original, unused condition and (b) you include a copy of your original invoice/receipt with the returned shipment.
